Coe started out from my bestest base ever the Wildcard Joker figure.  I dremeled away the usual stuff (the lapels and everything in front) and then sawed off the figure at the waist taking away a huge portion of his gut.  Since Coe has a shorter jacket with his belly showing I had to sculpt a new abdomen connecting the lower body to the torso with the help of epoxy putty.  I also hacked away the left arm at an angle right below the shoulder articulation and plugged in an arm from a Nightwing figure in it's stead.  I cut off Nightwing's hand and reattached Joker's gloved grabber.

The head is made from Super Sculpey and the long ear thingies were cut from a plastic bubble.  Craft beads became the round tassles in the end.

I wanted Coe to be just a tad shorter than the rest of the Jokerz so I shortened his legs abit.  Then I created the feet and the baggy pants from Epoxy putty.

A better base for him woulda been the new animated Joker figure from Mattel.  It's smaller frame would contrast nicely to Hasbro's slightly bulkier build and would be the perfect in-between body type for Coe.  But I started this thing loong before Mattel came out with it's oh so sweet potential base that I had to follow this thing to the end.  Razzerfrazzer....
