Finding bases for these two was the hardest part in creating them. Ultimately I just looked at which figures I had a double for. The top part of the Dee Dees cam from a Supergirl figure. Supergirl proved to have the right smile that the Deeds 
have. I covered Supergirl's eyes with sculpey and etched in new eyes. The hair and hat was also made from sculpey. The lower legs came from a kid's meal version of Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. 

A LOT of dremeling and the creation of an appearance of a V crotch using epoxy putty was also done. Rubber bands were used for the belts and the boots were painstakingly attempted with epoxy putty. For that pinch of variety, Dee Dee #2 has the right hand of a Harley Quinn figure.
