Ghoul uses a Rumble Ready Riddler base. Riddler's hat was cut off and his shoulders and glove details were shaved a bit with a dremel. The chin was also shaved a bit to make it more pointy. Then I added the hat, hair, boots and cloth details with epoxy putty. The belt was a rubber band with a piece of cardboard as a belt buckle. The hat rim was also cut from cardboard. I planned on making his trademark jack o lantern pail for Customcon but I ran outta time. Mebbe someday I'll find the impetus to do it.
