I really liked this character. The base of course is a Happy figure from Batman Beyond. I lopped off the head with a karate chop and dremeled off his coat details. I also dremeled his pants a bit to make them less clowny and more militaristic.

The torso was rebuilt with epoxy putty along with his costume details. The wires were those twisty things they use to imprison them action figures in packaging. The head was made from super sculpey pegged into place. The cannisters were cut from a plastic sprue. The bomb on his chest is cut styrene.
