Smirk as he appeared in the cartoon was actually quite tall and had a rounder yet still skinny face.  But while searching for reference material in the "net", I prolly came across the same model sheet that Hasbro used for their figure, a picture that portrays Smirk as a midget.  I liked the idea of the Jokerz  being at varying heights so I went with it.

The original base is a Wildcard Joker severely shortened at the waist, arms and legs.  I dremeled away the front lapels and such of the original figure and started the new details from scratch using epoxy putty.  The head is also Wildcard Joker's but modified with epoxy putty.  The coat tails are cut from a plastic bubble.  He's prolly the least on-model custom but I can dig it.
