This one was basically taken from the pages of Iron Cow Prod. The base figure is from a Rumble Ready Riddler. The only difference is that the hands were taken from an Assassin figure from the Speed Racer line. 

Riddler's details were dremeled off and then covered off with epoxy putty. A nice and easy custom, and now I proudly have a psycho psychologist sitting on my shelf, which is a good thing coz I don't like sitting on the shelf.
