Catwoman was made from a Harley Quinn, probably the best animated female base out there. I dremeled her waist a bit to represent the slimmer look of the new designs and created the mask and angular shoulders from epoxy putty.

 I cut off the legs between the hip joint and knee and created new thighs out of epoxy putty just to differentiate her a little from the original base.
