Aptly named, I used a number of sculpting mediums for this guy. Underneath it all is a blob of Crayola Model Magic. I really just wanted to try that shit out. I knew I was going to use a looooooot of clay to make him (he was made to go with the Hasbro 5" animated figures so he's nearly 6" tall) and I really didnt want to use the expensive stuff for the bulk so one packet of Model Magic did the trick perfectly. But it took two days to dry though.
Anyways, once I had the basic shape down, I cut two holes at the side of the body and plugged in the arms from Hasbro's Clayface figure. The head and feet were sculpted from excess Super Sculpey I wanted to get rid off. And the final details, and all the angular surfaces were finished off with Aves Apoxie and Epoxy Putty. I'm still happy with how he turned out. And he's heavy, there's something about making a custom that has real weight that I enjoy.
