I was in a mood to make secret identities of characters and Dick here was next on the list.  The torso was from a Nightwing figure with legs from a Wildcard Joker.

I dremeled off the mullet and mask and created a ponytail and jacket from epoxy putty.  I also ended up making a new brow and nose from EP.  

For some strange reason, the epoxy putty really didn't stick well with his arms.  You can see the line where I added the lower sleeves.  With the risk of sounding impotent I gotta say that's never happened to me before.......tee hee, yes it has.
