This one was a definite on my to do list. After seeing a number of DKR customs that used a Hulk base I decided it just might work. The torso came from the Avenger's boxed set Hulk figure. The head was lopped off and replaced with a sculpey head, and the body was smoothed out with a ton of epoxy putty. 

The legs were from an old school Batman figure severely thickened with epoxy putty. The cape was made the Iron Cow way. A plastic vinyl cape was glued to the shoulders then blended with epoxy putty.

I know the color scheme is way off since the cape, cowl etc. are actually some shade of blue in the episode, but I thought the black silhoutte color scheme was indicative, to me and others, of Frank Miller's work.
