The original figure was a Creeper body with the hands replaced with Batman's.  I dremeled away the pecs and much of his face.  I then covered the legs with epoxy putty to remove it's definition.  The antenna is a piece of paperclip, the wings are styrene, those packs on his belt were cardboard and the gun came from Mr.  Freeze.  Everything else was sculpted with epoxy putty.
