Custom TNBA Gordon Figure

I was convinced that Hasbro would never make this figure. Experience tells me that every man who stands convinced is a fool. It figures that they're releasing the same style Gordon that I ultimately made. This was probably my first animated custom
(along with Bullock) and the longest one to complete.

The base was an Alfred figure with the shirt details dremeled off. Then I made his collar and tie with sculpey. Alfred's head was modified a bit with some Sculpey. The glasses were cut from a plastic bubble with the rims painted black.

I originally intended the figure to have his trademark trenchcoat using one from a Rapid switch Bruce Wayne. But try as I might, I couldn't make the oversized coat fit Alfred's puny shoulders without looking goofy. So after a couple of months of
sitting in my shelf half finished, I finally settled on an "office" styled Gordon. I cut off his his arms at the elbows and created new forearms and rolled up sleeves with epoxy putty. The shoulder harness was also made from epoxy putty.
