I read a bunch of Weird Western Tales when I was really young so when Jonah Hex appeared in Batman the animated series, my struggling desire to remember where I saw him before quickly turned into excitement and fond recollections of the past. 

Anyways, Hex was made from an Undercover Bruce Wayne torso and coat, Pogo Stick Joker legs, and forearms from a Wildcard Joker.

 The face was made from Sculpey. The hair was made from Epoxy Putty mainly because I needed something that fit the contours of the coat and dry really fast.

I consider this to be based on his "captured" moment of the episode cause he's missing his hat, belt and guns.
