Killer Croc was made from a Happy figure, legs from a batman beyond, and a whole lot of sculpey. The hands were originally from a Creeper figure but proved to be too small so a little sculpey was added to make them thicker. Sculpey was also added to flatten out the heeled boots of the BB fig. The toes were then cut with an Xacto knife.  The head was an original sculpt.

The weakness of using Sculpey as a medium shows in this figure, as oven warp has seriously weakened the original plastic. Particularly the only part of the figure not reinforced by sculpey-the ankles and feet. That coupled with the overall torso weight makes Croc prone to deadly fits of falling on his face.
