Jervis Tetch used to be an Alfred figure. The legs were cut off at the waist to be used for later. The coat, head and hat were made from sculpey. The feet came from the Jokerz figure from Batman Beyond. A portion of the forearm was cut off, then the hands were reattached with a piece of plastic sprue to show off his spindly wrists. The collar and card was cut from cardboard.

 Despite several attempts at fixing his legs, he still likes to lean to his left. I let Jervis have this one victory. Just one.
