For Ra's, I decided to use the legs from Alfred with the torso of a Wildcard Joker. The lapels and tie were made from Epoxy putty. While the Hasbro Ra's head was pretty cool, it was still a little off. So I tried making a more on model one from Sculpey. The end result was still a little off but has a cranium more to my liking.

I had no idea what to do for his cape so like many of my customs, this figure sat unfinished in my shelf for months. That is until the fine lads at Iron Cow Prod shared their brilliance once again by introducing the use of clear vinyl for capes. The vinyl was attached at shoulder level and then I blended it in with the shoulders with epoxy putty. The buttons and collar were made from epoxy putty and the string connecting them is a piece of those twist ties that hold a figure in the packaging.
