Scarecrow started off as a project where I forced myself to start using leftover parts. The torso is from a TNBA Batman, forearms from a Commisioner Gordon, legs from a Racer X and feet from a Batman Beyond figure. The coat is of course from an Undercover Bruce Wayne and hat from a Machine Gun Joker. The face is from Sculpey and the hair is made out of Epoxy Putty.

I really wasn't sure about the feet and it wasn't until I was done painting him that I realized that Commisioner Gordon's feet 
would have been the better choice.
