After doin this hobby fer a couple of years now, I'm left with a large amount of dismembered body parts.  And every so often I get guilty having so much appendages goin to waste that I force myself to use them. Bats here was mostly made from leftovers I had layin around, particularly  leftovers from my brown costume Wolverine I made a year ago.

The arms and upper torso hail from a ML3 Wolverine, the ab joint comes from a parachute spidey, the hips, and upper legs are still from Wolverine, and from the knees on down it's Captain America.  The glove spikes, boot soles and belt come from a Zipline Batman.   The hands were from Baki the Grappler which I used in the first version of my brown Wolvie custom.  I gave that custom new hands from ML3 Wolvie so the old Baki hands now go here.  Baki's hands have interchangeable open palmed versions, which looked big when I used them for Wolvie but now look better here with Bats.

I wanted to get rid of ML3 Wolverine's twisted torso so I reculpted the neck, the pecs as well as the abs with epoxy putty.  Spidey's torso is just too thin for this type of build so I had to work around the waist to bulk it up without losing the articulation.  He's got a crater now at the small of his back because of it, but fortunately no one will ever know about it.

The head is Namor's with an epoxy putty mask and Zipline Batman ears.  The plastic collar is also from Zip Bats, I cut out the neck so it would slip over the new neck then blended it in with epoxy putty.

I also resculpted the thighs so the transition from Wolvie hips to Cap legs would look smoother.  I sliced off the boot soles from Mattel bats, glued them to the Cap feet, then made an incision on the soles to allow for the toe articulation.

The cape was prolly the hardest part to do.  I used a huge piece of leather for the cape only because I had it lyin around..  I glued black twisty ties for the spines allowing some poseability for the cape.  I then glued it to his back, with the front part of the cape able to tuck underneath the plastic collar for a draped look or tucked behind his back for some superhero action.
