For Catwoman I used my new favorite female base, a Marvel Legends Black Widow. I dremeled the hell out of her back and waist to give her that hourglass shape and it ended up giving her ab joint more range of motion, as she can now arch her back further. I cut off the neck, dremeled down her trapezius, glued back the neck and then resculpted that entire area. The zipper at her neck was cut from the Hush Catwoman figure and then glued on. Since that body has redundant articulation at the arms, I glued the top bicep articulation shut and then resculpted her shoulders.
I cut off the boots from a Street Fighter Cammy figure and attached it to the body for maximum poseability. I also cut the left hand off right above the wrist articulation and then glued the clawed hand from the Hush Catwoman figure.
I took a page off of Robokillah's handbook and used fishing line for the costume piping. The various straps were black Craft Lace.
A lot of people don't like the Black Widow head, but I really liked the sultry face sculpt. I took off the hair, dremeled her skull down and sculpted the skullcap and cat ears. Since this custom I've taken the cue from some of the toy companies and added some gloss coating to the eyes and lips. It really does bring some life to the figures. The goggles come from the Hush Catwoman.
