I was extremely impressed with the Hush Joker figure but didn't care much for the design, so I decided to tweak it more to my liking while adding more articulation along the way.  First off I dremeled away the face and curly shoes. Then I chopped off the shoulders and glued the shoulders from Mattel's Joker in place for some good ol' ball shouldered action.  Then I glued back the Hush Joker arms right above the bicep swivel.  I also replaced the right hand with the Mattel Joker.

The new ball jointed hips came from a Harry Potter figure, I desperately needed some thigh swivels on this guy so I transplanted some from a Teen Titans Robin figure.  I placed the thigh swivel near the knees so it wouldn't distract from the overall aesthetic too much. I also wanted to give him ML type of ankle articulation so I used some Ultimate Muscle ankles.  I cut off the feet, drilled a big hole deep into the pant legs, and plugged in the UM ankles with Joker's shoes attached to them..

The head is an original sculpt made from Apoxie Sculpt. It's my first time using this stuff and I gotta say it's fricking awesome. I was going for a facial expression that captured the balance of  the clown, madness, and evil.  I just enjoy his portrayal in the cartoon where he unpredictably changes emotions. Which kinda works out I guess, since he looks madly happy in one angle and yet more sinister in another. I didnt give him the slicked back hair, because crazy people who don't comb their hair creep me out. The coat came from a ML Gambit, the cane came from the Mattel Joker shortened to fit. And the gun came from the Hush figure, cut at the handle with a new revolver handle glued in it's place.
