This one was inspired after seeing Distant Thunder Studio's awesome Ra's from the latest Customcon.

The body was a Marvel Legends Professor Xavier, with new hands from the parts bin. I didn't like Xavier's hips, so I cut them out and replaced them with some Lord of the Rings figure with the proper articulation and sculpted over them to make it like pants. The cape comes from ceremonial Eomer from LOTR, easily my favorite cape to use ever. The collar came from a Black Panther figure.

The head was a completely original sculpt made from Apoxie Sculpt. Much like the Joker, Ivy, and the KGBeast I was using this as a chance to experiment with facial expressions and have fun with the twisted pysches of Batman's Rogue's Gallery. It was based off a fleeting scene from the Batman Animated Series when I saw Ra's make that face.
