Last year I bought the Betty Page figure in hopes of turning her into Wonder Woman. A year later I finally finished. Betty was a 7 inch figure so I had to shorten her to 6 inches to keep her in scale. Along the way I added the abs of a Marvel Legends Elektra to give her the added abdomen articulation.

The head was a DC Direct Wonder Woman. I dremeled her hair off and sculpted the new one in using Apoxie Sculpt. The boots, resculpted arms, bracelets and other costume details were sculpted with Epoxy Putty and Apoxie Sculpt. The stars were handpainted and was a fuckin nightmare. I damn the people who were expecting the back shot for her. I could have had an extra 2 sane hours in my life had I not painted the stars on her booty.

I was reading Frank Cho's Shanna the She Devil when I was making her so a huge Cho influence came out. Most notably the thicker more voluptuous look for Wonder Woman. In hindsight, I may have gone a tad too far in giving her the double D breasts but I tho...................ah who am I kiddin. They shoulda been bigger!!
