I love Sarge. I saw him last year at the San Diego Comic Con signing autographs at the Hasbro booth. And as I saw an icon of my youth a mere few feet away, speaking in that powerful unmistakeable voice, I didn't revert to that 10 year old boy filled with awe and wonder. No. I turned into a screaming giggling little girl filled with awe and wonder.

Like I threatened a few months back, the base is a TNA Scott Steiner. Huuuuge thanks goes to thx3188 for sending me a WWE Hall of Fame Sgt. Slaughter head. I shrunk the head from the original 7" scale to 6 inch and then casted it.

The costume details were sculpted with Apoxie sculpt. I first painted him with the version of black tank top and camo pants as he appeared in the cartoon and in his second figure (the one that came with the Triple T) just to see how he would look. But I ended up repainting him to his first toy version where you had to mail away the upcs or gi joe points in the back of the card. Though as a kid I always preferred the cartoon/ Triple T version. I've been really lazy in taking pictures lately that I forgot to take pictures of the gi joe logo I painted on the sides of his pants, they came out alot better than I thought. Next up...the Fridge......
