I loved this character design.  Simple, striking and a negative of the original Grendel design.  The base was a Metal Gear Solid Psycho Mantis figure.  I ended up covering the whole figure with epoxy putty to create the extreme folds in his clothing the way Teddy Kristiansen did in his art. 

The head is made from Super Sculpey and the straps is once again twisty ties from bread. I also wrapped wire around his legs for his vines.  

The fork is the one that came with the Big Blast Christine Spar figure and I wrapped a wire around it. 

Psycho Mantis isn't able to hold anything so I switched his right hand with a Chastity figure.
