Calhoun was made from Metal Gear Solid 1's Revolver Ocelot.  The shirt and front jacket and rose was made from epoxy putty.  The string tie was cut from wire. 

The head was made from sculpey and the hat was made from epoxy putty with a cardboard rim.

The swordcane is made from styrene tubing and sheet styrene and actually works.  The handle is from the lead weight from Kabuki's kusari gama.
