Here's Grendel Prime as he first appeared in the Warchild storyline. The base was a WCW Booker T figure. I dremeled the exagerated trapezius muscles and then created the boots, gloves and mask out of epoxy putty. The breather part of the mask is still removeable.
The various belt straps were rubberbands. The ammopacks and holster were from various Metal Gear Solid figures. His laser sword was from a Gundam model and his missile launcher/shield was from made from Mad Max figure.
