This was just an upgrade from my STAS Flash custom, which was based on a Creeper figure. I dremeled off the boot cuffs on the original custom and created a new neck with more defined trapezius muscles with epoxy putty.

The head is an original sculpt pegged into place. The earwings were cut from sheet styrene. Looking back I should have painted the yellow in his color scheme in a metallic gold or something.
