Hawkgirl was made using a Harley Quinn body and a Poison Ivy head. The mask, hair and other various costume details were made from epoxy putty.
The wings were from a ToyBiz Hawkman figure with the inner edges dremeled a bit to make them thinner. They were attached to the body by drilling holes on the wings and on the back of the figure and then connecting them together with a piece of a thick plastic sprue.

The right ankle was also repositioned a bit to differentiate it from the base figure and to compensate for the weight of the wings, so this figure is actually leaning forward. The right hand was from a Poison Ivy figure.
