It's been awhile since I made this fig so I dont know what exactly I did. I do know that the base is a Justice League Darkseid figure. I extended the arms and I think I widened the shoulders as well. Then I sculpted some crap on him, prolly with Apoxie Sculpt and Epoxy Putty.

I painted him in the much cooler color scheme from the episode "For The Man Who Has Everything." because the less remembered the "Warworld" episodes are the better. The face is based on a specific screen capture from that badass JLU episode, since I thought it was an expression that encapsulated what Mongul was all about. But looking at it again 2 years later.... I don't think it captures him at all.
