I gotta admit that I really didn't dig the Teen Titans cartoon when I first saw it, but it's really growing on me.  This was initially the Hasbro Robin with mucho modifications.  I cut the torso into 4 pieces with an X slash and then dremeling the edges some to make Robin's torso thinner.  Then I put the 4 pieces back together with epoxy putty, then sanded it to make the cuts not visible.  I dremeled his face to a stump and sculpted the new one with epoxy putty.

     I dremeled away the shorts and lengthened the legs at the boot line as well as giving him Mattel Bats hands coz he needed bigger hands to go with the Teen Titan look.  The cape is the back part of Hasbro robin's cape with the front part sculpted with epoxy putty.  I enlarged the feet using epoxy putty as well.
