Star Sapphire was made from the new version of Animated Batgirl.  Batgirl's oddly shaped face was just skinny enough for Star Sapphire.  I chopped off the hair and dremeled the gloves, belt, and boots. The heeled feet were taken from a Talia figure.   The hair, mask and thigh high boots were made from epoxy putty. 

Her electric pink was a bitch to trying to mix the colors right so I settled for this off model shade.  It does however have a pretty nifty metallic sheen to it.
