This was a real simple one.  The base was an Oblivia figure from the Chaos! toyline that I got for 1.50.  I pulled apart her pigtails and glued one of them at the back of her head as  a ponytail.  Then I sculpted  the front of her hair with epoxy putty. Everything else was repainted to the color scheme of the new April design.
