This one was a pain to make.  The base is the Metal Gear Solid 2 Revolver Ocelot .  I dremeled away portions of his chest and legs that would make him bulky once I placed armor on him.  The hair, gloves, chest and leg armor were made with epoxy putty.  

The ammo belt comes from a movie maniacs Teminator bandolier.

His twelve shooter was made from using a Wildcard Joker's gun and some GI Joe accessory.

His stylin' hat comes from the Dennis Rodman's pimp hat modified with epoxy putty.
