This one was made from your typical WWF Steve Austin figure.  I dremeled down this base considerably everywhere below the torso to make his legs slimmer and make his upper body look that much more bigger. 

The armor details were made from epoxy putty.

I lopped off the front part of Austin's face, then I sculpted a new one with sculpey and attached it the back part of his head so I wouldn't have to sculpt the ears. 

His plume of feathers was just a bunch of feathers glued to a piece of cardboard which was then glued to his back.
