Scarlett was made from a Marvel Legends Mystique figure. The head was a DC Direct Hush Poison Ivy. I dremeled down Mystique's body and resculpted the waist and breasts to something more to my liking. I sculpted the hair and the rest of the costume details with epoxy putty. The ponytail came from the ponytail of a SOTA Street Fighter Ken. The grenade was a cast, so now I'll never run out of grenades.
