I love character designs using a lot of white.  I wanted Smax to be in scale with the my 6" Top 10 figures so I used a DC 9 inch Superman Blue figure.  He's probably not tall enough but I wasn't gonna use a 12 inch figure and the articulated goodness of this base was too good to pass up.

I bulked up his arms and shoulders with epoxy putty and I also added cloth creases to his lower legs  and crotch to show that he's wearing pants that's the same color as his skin.

I didn't know what to use for his cape so I ended up using a cloth one just for simplicity's sake.  The straps were pieces of rubber band with various crap glued to it for his buckles and pouches. 

The head was made from Super Sculpey and pegged into place. This is actually my second sculpt at his head which I think looks more like Gene Ha's art.  In the end I really like how this one ended up. It's a nice imposing figure to use when gods and other 6 inch figs get unruly.
