The head was originally a Spiderman Classics Daredevil. I wanted to use that because of it's mean looking brow, which really didn't show up well anyway once painted. DD's head was pretty puny so I bulked it up when I added the ninja mask with epoxy putty.

The torso came from Ramenman, the belt strap is a piece of rubberband with cut cardboard for the belt buckle. Like Snake eyes, I wanted to keep the neck articulation so when I popped off Ramenman's head, I left the ball jointed peg connected to the body. I dremeled away the base of the neck of Daredevil to make room for the ball joint. Then I encased the peg with epoxy putty to hold it in place. I made sure that the epoxy putty didn't adhere to the ball joint completely so that articulation would be maintained.

I didn't want to paint the arms for fear of paint rub so I used King Muscle with his flesh colored arms. The legs also come from King Muscle. I added some cloth creases to the legs with epoxy putty to make it seem like he's wearing pants.

The quiver and arrows come from a LOTR Orc, the katana and wakizashi was stolen from a Metal Gear Solid 2 Raiden. The backpack scabbard for the swords was made from cardboard.
