There's a reason why certain recipes work so well. This is the standard Viper out of a Marvel Legends Punisher custom done before by many other great customizers.
I took off Punisher's skull teeth things and resculpted all the costume details with Epoxy Putty. I had bought a bunch of those Punishers a few years back optimistically thinking that if I were to ever make Marvel Legends styled GI Joe customs, I can make an army of Vipers. But I didn't realize back then how tedious sculpting all these ribbed costume pieces were. So only one will have to do.
