Here's my completely backwards way of making Green Lantern as he appeared in the Superman cartoon. Completely devoid of any Nightwing bases, I had to make do with what I had. The arms and legs are from a Detective bats and the torso and head from a Batman beyond figure. I added sculpey to the body to eliminate the musculature and to add the V shape torso. 

The arms didn't exactly fit the BB figure so I had to extend the shoulder sockets with even more sculpey so that they'd stay firm and not flop around. Then I dremeled off the the chunky hips and thighs of the detective bats figure until I got the thin look I was looking for and finally smoothed it out with sculpey to hide the dremel scars.

I made a neck out of sculpey for the figure then plopped on the sculpifiied batman beyond head on top. Finally I cut off the right hand and reattached it with a more power ring friendly pose. I gotta say that this was the most frustrating figure I made to 
date. Afterwards I was kinda glad not having a Nightwing cause it forced me to rethink my outlook on choosing bases, albeit in an impractical and nearly insane way.
