I started making a Jimmy 2 years ago using a BTAS Joker but it wasn't working.  So I waited and thankfully Hasbro introduced a new base by way of the Ventriloquist figure in the latest 4 pack.  The small frame was perfect for Jimmy.

I lopped off the head and dremeled off his front coat.  I repositioned the right arm and replaced the hands with Robin's.  I sliced the legs right at the crotch area and once more at the ankles.  I then pegged them together with a straighter stance.  Ventriloquist was pretty tall with his legs straightened so I cut off about a half inch to make him the same size as Supergirl.  Then I covered everything up with epoxy putty to hide the scars.

The head was made from Sculpey and the hair is epoxy putty. I drilled a hole in the neck and pegged the head in place.
