Probably my favorite paperweight. Kalibak was made from a Mighty Ducks Grin figure. The head and feet were cut off and various details were also dremeled off. Grin's muscular arms were dremeled to the point that they resembled swiss cheese. 

Then came layers upon layers of epoxy putty, and a lot of sanding. A lot. Boatloads. The feet were made from sculpey and then attached to the body with superglue and even more epoxy putty. The head was also made from Super sculpey and glued into place.

 Kalibak's a head or two taller than he appeared in the cartoon but he remains shorter than Darkseid and seems to 
play well with the other animated figures.
