Ahh. Kanto. What is it that makes this guy eternally cool? Izzit the haircut? the cool beret? the snobby accent? the trippy color scheme? Whatever it is, the character design kicks ass. Kanto used to be a Nightwing figure with the eyes and hair dremeled off. Epoxy putty was used for his shoulder ruffles, skirt, gloves, boots, and head. The cape came from an Undercover Bruce Wayne cut to fit. The little wing things on his snazzy beret are cut from a plastic bubble.
