Had I possessed a Two Face figure last year things would have gone a different route. Instead I ended up using the body of an Inspector Detector from Speed Racer. It kinda worked alright since Inspector Detector had the same stocky build as Luthor in the cartoon. 

    The Lex head from the Superman toyline was waay too small for the Inspector body so I made a bigger Luthor melon out of sculpey. The lapels and tie were made from Epoxy putty. And for some strange reason that was apparent to me at the time, I switched Inspector Detector's grabbers with hands from your standard Batman. He's a bit taller than he should be but right now I'm just glad he's done.
