Parasite was made from a Quick Change Superman torso and Detective Batman legs. I switched the hands with that of Inspector Detector from Speed Racer, mainly because they have that "groping" look to them.

The head was modified a bit and ended up looking better than I thought. The head of the Supes was pretty small to begin with so I just dremeled off the hair to a nice bald finish and added an evil angry V-shaped brow with epoxy putty. The costume details were added with epoxy putty but really didn't end up the way I wanted. 

The hardest part was trying to paint his skin the right shade of purple or something close to it.
