As far as custom bases go, my favorite has got to be Wildcard Joker without a doubt.  

Anyways I dremeled off Joker's coat and bit off the head.  The shirt, tie and the top part of Emil's labcoat is epoxy putty.  From the waist down it's vinyl.  I then blended some more epoxy putty into the top part of the vinyl to make the labcoat look seamless. 

The head is made from super sculpey and the glasses are pieces of a plastic bubble with the rims painted in.
