I used the new Daredevil figure and gave him the boots from Lara Croft.  The armor and head were made from epoxy putty.  I drilled small indentations on the front and back of the figure's shoulders to give the shoulderpads something to hook on to, enabling them to swing up and down and not hinder the swiveling bicep articulation.  The headdress was cut from a plastic bubble.
