This is mostly a Ghost Rider body. I yanked off the arms right at the shoulder forward pivot then dremeled the torso down at the shoulders to make the chest less broad. Then I stuffed the shoulder sockets with epoxy putty and shoved the arms back in. The head is from a Resident Evil Wesker with an epoxy putty hairdo. The hair was inspired from a Spawn fig a few years back that boasted a two part beard. This one's the two part mullet. The mullet is sculpted right unto the neck and is totally separate from the hair on the head so as to retain the neck articulation.

The hands come from a WCW Diamond Dallas page with the pinky dremeled off. The feet are from a Daredevil with longer sculpted toes to try and capture Art Adam's long slender feet look. The knife bandoleer was from the 5" Longshot, the man-purse was from a Vampire the Masquerade fig, and the belt and straps from a Metal Gear solid fig.

Lookin back I think I should've used a more muscular body since his leather garb is usually depicted like tights rather than loose clothing.
