This was a fairly straightforward one.  The body used to be a Dagger figure.  I ripped off the hair, and then the new hair and costume details were made from epoxy putty.  The seam in the middle of the costume and on the arms were a styrene strip.

The hair is a sloppy rush job but I can live with it.  The glasses were from a movie Cyclops and it's too big, but I just wanted to hide the angry scowl.
