Here's a quick and easy one.  I took an X1 movie civilan cyclops, took off his hat, sculpted his hair and sunglasses, gave him some height at the calves, and gave him the jacket from an X2 Logan.  I tried to base the look on Ethan Van Sciver's rendition in new X-men 117.
