The torso came from a Water Wars Storm with legs hailing from a Battle Blasters Jean Grey.  I extended the legs a bit at the ankles so it wouldn't seem like she has short fat legs.  The cape came from the Vampire dude from Darkstalkers, I forgot his name. The x-emblem also came from the Water Wars Storm.   The hair and everything else was epoxy putty.
